Hi there! Bit sleepy today, so this will just be a quick post. We're still taking a look at how animals have affected people, so let's have a look at some that I'm sure might be pretty close to some of our childhoods for the next few days! I won't be giving away where they're from, but I'm sure someone can figure it out.

There we go!
And now for a bit of a change- I normally feature a lot of jumping spiders that are all fuzzy and big eyed, but not all jumping spiders look like that, actually! Here's a few that don't look like jumpers at all (but definitely count as them).

Did you know that there are a lot of species of spiders that actually immitate ants? Here's the wiki page on it! It's really fascinating, actually- some of them mimic only the behaviour of ants and not what they look like, while other spiders mimic different species of ants depending on whether theyh're male or female. Still others mimic one type of ant when they're young, but a different one when they're older. The few pictures I've posted hardly scratch the surface. Spiders are pretty impressive, aren't they?
